Again this year, Alliance Bank was proud to Pink Up to support Breast Cancer Awareness in October! The Cape Girardeau banking facility at 217 N. Kingshighway was decorated with pink feather flags and pink cancer ribbons. If you saw it at night, it was a beautiful sight!

Several bank employees also attended the Annual Pink Up Cape Luncheon hosted by the St. Francis Foundation on October 8. They bid on auction items, listened to a speech about the disease, learned about healthy diets, and helped honor cancer survivors. Our own Kevin Greaser (Community Bank President) served as a “Pink Tie Guy” at this event, where he greeted and escorted guests. The proceeds from this luncheon are used to provide mammograms to women in our community who cannot afford this important screening through Dig for Life. Employees love attending this event. (see the photo) Many employees also showed their support by wearing pink on Fridays. Consider doing something at your business next year to support Breast Cancer Awareness during the month of October!
