It is with sadness we announce the passing of our friend and coworker, Paula Myers. Paula passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015 as the result of an accident at her residence. Visitation services will be Tuesday, December 1, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Ford and Sons Funeral Home on Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau. The funeral will be Wednesday, December 2, at 10:00 am also at Ford and Sons Funeral Home.

Paula was one of the first employees of Alliance Bank, having worked with our customers since 1997. She made many friends during her time in banking and held the position of Vice President / Consumer Lender. She was well-known in the community through her years in banking and her active involvement in the Cape Girardeau Area Wide Chamber of Commerce. Paula was one of several individuals serving as a Chamber Ambassador and was awarded the “Ambassador of the Year” five times as recognition of her service to the Chamber. In her spare time, Paula loved playing bingo. She also enjoyed working with her husband, Frank Myers, breeding and raising golden retrievers.

We will miss our friend and coworker, Paula.
