After spending 13 years with Alliance Bank, Karlis Hennrich is going to step back for a slower pace and enjoy life.

Karlis, Assistant Cashier, has experienced a variety of changes while employed at Alliance Bank.  She started in 2002 applying as a Teller.   Being recognized as having other talents, she was quickly invited to assist in the Bookkeeping Department – which is where the rest of her time has been spent.   Experience as a front-line teller was very beneficial in her final post as Assistant Cashier.

Karlis plans to enjoy her newfound free time with her spouse (Paul).  Paul retired several years ago and has tapped into his desire for writing books.  Maybe Karlis will find a new talent to embark upon too.  They both love outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, and traveling.   Karlis has a strong desire to “give back” and I am convinced the local community will see her helping to build a house or two for Habitat for Humanity and other volunteer opportunities.

I am positive a lot of Karlis’s time will be spent enjoying her three grandchildren.  Even though they live in Chicago, getting there is part of the fun.    We wish Karlis and her husband many happy years enjoying life together.
